The three flagship products are Ascend™ Global Business System, Interaction™ Community System, and FargoTube™.  Ascend™ is full service on-demand business software for managing all organization-wide tasks on one unified technology platform. Interaction™ is full-service on-demand software for managing community associations and homeowner associations. FargoTube™ is a capitalized video sharing service offering the most ways for users to get paid on their uploaded video content.

Management Team

	Frank V. Connor, Chairman and CEO Mr. Connor formerly served as Director of Technology of Technest, Inc. for two years overseeing and managing all areas of the company’s technology investments.  Prior to working for Technest, Mr. Connor worked for Corpfin.com where he developed their online deal management system, which links institutional investors with public companies seeking alternative capital and financing opportunities.  Recently he has served as the Director of Technology for both Roulac Global Places, a strategy, financial economics, and transactional consulting firm that advises senior management and investors in their implementation of complex real estate decisions, and RealtyLogix, a technology-based financial services company providing software and consulting services to the Commercial Real Estate Banking Industry.  Mr. Connor is an expert in the field of information technology, e-commerce, database programming and systems implementation.
	George Hristodol, Operations Director - Romania Mr. Hristodol brings over 10 years experience in the areas of database design and application architecture. Through strong communications and leadership skills he tracks and manages the complete worldwide development team and oversees all areas of product design and implementation for F3.
	James P. Canouse, President Mr. Canouse serves as Marketing Director of F3 Technologies, Inc.  Mr. Canouse is currently a senior member of the investment banking team at JPC Capital Partners, Inc., a full service international asset management and investment banking firm located in Atlanta, Georgia where he has been employed since 2003.  From October of 1995 to October of 2003 Mr. Canouse was a Senior Vice President of the Investment Banking Team at J.P. Carey securities, Inc. where he was instrumental and directly responsible for raising over one billion dollars for his corporate clientele via private placements and public offerings.  He has extensive experience in evaluating business plans, analyzing and creating financial models, as well as performing onsite evaluations and due diligence on companies, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Canouse holds a Bachelor Degree from the School of Business at Stetson University.
